Warm weather among highs for January

It may have been the dead of winter, but January 2006 made the areas Top 10 heat list. In fact, it made the areas Top 5 list. Jim Campbell, meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Charleston, W.Va., said the month just ending was the fifth warmest on record for the immediate Tri-State.Save to My Web
